Keep Moving Forward
Having a bad day? Heading out for a jog, run or walk, fitness/yoga class or popping in a workout DVD is sure to flip your mood around, but exercise can also change your outlook and give your life deeper meaning. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Whether it is adding one more push up to your workout or taking off a second on a run. Remember everything you have faced, all the fears you have overcome and all the battles you have won!
Never give up, EVERYONE has an off day, pick yourself up and keep moving forward. I always say “baby steps!”
