The feeling of taking deep breathes when I workout.
Breathing through Sun Salutations – Working out with weights and feeling my muscles smiling – Pushing myself to the limit – Realizing I am able to hold my plank position longer than last week – Working out with friends – Coaching someone and see them get stronger – Going for a walk and taking the path with the big hill – Going to the park with my grandson Ayden and going up and down the slides with him and playing on the swings – Playing Frisbee – Going fishing.
