Total Body Exercise

Do the exercises for 30 seconds each. Say and Believe the statements after each exercise! There is no rest between each exercise. After completing the set; smile, rest for 1-2 minutes, drink water and complete it 3 times for a total of 9 minutes of exercise. How Fabulous, you are moving to a lean and tone body!!!

Run In Place “I Love Myself!”

Burpee “I am Strong!”

Jump Squat “I am Beautiful!”

Toe Taps “ I am Graceful!”

Mountain Climbers “I am Amazing!”

Jumping Jacks “ I Can Do Anything!”
