It’s vital to remember that your body is like a bank account. You want to make more deposits than withdrawals. Why? Because its awesome to be wealthy and healthy! The more acidic foods, you thrust into your beautiful body the more you dim your shine and pull energy from your bank account. So if you want get in the pH zone, I recommend at minimum 60/40 or 80/20 diet. Meaning 60% of the foods you eat would be alkaline, while 40% would be acidic and so on. The latter of the two is better 90% alkaline to 10% acidic is the optimum.

Definitions

Acidic Foods- which contain little to no oxygen, including all sweets, grains, meats, fish, eggs, milk products, animal fats, coffee, tea, unripe fruits and alcohol.

Alkaline Foods- raise the amount of oxygen the blood can absorb, helping to fight disease and illness. The best alkaline foods are green leafy vegetables like kale, cabbage, lettuce and spinach. Other excellent sources include almonds, avocados, bananas, beats, broccoli, carrots, cucumber and celery.
